This household puts up the National flag for the nation’s birthday in early July… Patriotic… But… Tsk… Hmm… which side should the crescent moon and stars be on??? This has kept me thinking for like half a month or so already… Hmm…

Whoever wrote this most apparently has some language issues… “Pl“??? “ash tray into the toilet bowl”??? Looks like one those bad english signages that were circulated in the WWW huh?

Yours Sincerely, The Eternally Grateful LSP

Dear Client:

We are capable of calculating quotations for three major projects, bookings for 5 different shipments and answering 12 totally unnecessary calls per hour, all simultaneously.

We do not require sleep and are at your service 25 hours a day, 8 days a week. Our home numbers are your numbers.

We are responsible for production delays, traffic jams, and mechanical problems with trucks, aircraft and ships, and depressed economic conditions overall.

We have powers which allow us to add unlimited weight and volume to an already overloaded truck. We create miracles by loading limited weight & volume into the airline/seafreight containers.

Furthermore, we can always motivate drivers to be your free-of-charge temporary employees to help with loading and unloading.

Yesterday delivery requirements with cargo loading today are regularly completed the day before yesterday, ten times a day, every day. We know that when you order a truck for loading on Monday that you really needed it on Saturday, but that you only want the overnight load delivered the following Wednesday.

You want us to be at the office on weekends & public holidays to unload your goods at 2am to ensure your truck returns back in time for your normal deliveries.

We are always friendly with a smile, have mastered telepathy, show empathy, and gladly act as our customer”s psychiatrists.

We embrace the challenge when you cancel the space with the airline & one hour later expect the airline to hold the space for you just in case you require the capacity back again.

We embrace the opportunity that you allow us to develop our negotiation skills with airline staff in securing capacity on already overbooked flights, & allowing us to freely negotiate a cheap spot rate for the freight as well.

We speak all languages and know the location of even the smallest town anywhere in the world. We are able to obtain a competitive freight rate, inclusive of clearance & door to door delivery in upper Mongolia or in Brazzaville, Congo.

At your request we can comply with any and all additional requirements your company may have. We repair vehicles and computers.

For undisturbed road traffic we have cloaked our vehicles, and if that does not resolve a traffic jam, we are capable to free the roads upon request to meet the flight cutoff.

Naturally, payment of our invoice is optional and if your company has financial difficulties we will gladly advance unlimited funds for as long as you require them.

Our lives have been enriched by the endless opportunities that you have allowed us to experience.

Yours Sincerely

Your Eternally Grateful LSP

RED SUNDAY

It’s time to clean the inside of Ang Ku Kueh again.

Surprise, surprise! A red dragonfly found itself at comfort on AKK’s antenna!

Notice it’s got the same RED as AKK? It accompanied me and AKK until we were almost 3 quarter done. Then, I supposed it needs to rush home for dinner!

Well… What to do… The little red car is as friendly as its owner mah… Haiz… I hate being POPULAR! Haha…

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket Finally! The post that all have been waiting for! My Ang Ku Kueh! Born 26 April - Taurus. Barely 1 mth old but I think this little hot machine has zoom-zoomed many places! East Coast Park, Changi Airport, Holland Road, Bukit Panjang, Bishan, Chua Chu Kang, Eunos Crescent, Hougang, Kallang Indoor Stadium, Esplanade, Marina Square, Tanjong Pagar, Lucky Plaza in Orchard, Tanglin Mall, ALPS, Changi South, Expo, Bedok, Tampines Mall, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall… So many!!!

Seems like it is curious about roads in Singapore as it’s always making me do detours around the island!

My Visual Profile

Many thanks to Valerie, then Steph, who sent me the link.

Here’s my what visual profile reads. Hot from the Stove!

%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%

 Mood – Easy Rider

You’re a bit of a romantic and have a taste for the exotic. You love feeling the sea breeze in your hair, sun on yr skin…. Slip those shoes back. As for music, they are the soundtracks to your world. It gives u focus, and concentration – you might find it hard to switch off. Your choice of treat shows that you really care about your appearance, if you feel good on the outside, you’ll feel good on the inside right?

Fun – Conqueror

When you look good you feel better. You’re always up for spoiling yourself, after all, looking this good take a little time and money you know! For kicks nothing beats an adrenaline rush. You like to take risks and push limits, you’re confident and brave – life is for the living. When it comes to holidays, you reckon they should always be indulgent – a very special treat and a chance to recharge your batteries in luxurious surroundings as well as spending quality time with family and friends. What grosses u out? You favor the natural look and can’t stand a pumped, plump, plastic appearance.

Habits – New Wave Puritan

Living in the material world, you are always flashing the plastic. You like to live for today and not get caught up thinking about tomorrow – hey that would slow your shopping down. Your choice of drink shows that on the whole you care about your health and make sure you’re putting the right stuff in. As for the home, you have very cool and contemporary taste. You have simple approach to style, but you like things to have their place.

Love – Love Bug

You’re a bit of a softie. Love is unconditional and loyal. When you think of freedom, you think of love. The comfort of being loved makes you feel free with your thoughts and words - you’re a love bug.

What Hurts The Most

I can take the rain on the roof of this empty house
That don’t bother me
I can take a few tears now and then and just let them out
I’m not afraid to cry every once in a while
Even though going on with you gone still upsets me
There are days every now and again I pretend I’m ok
But that’s not what gets me

What hurts the most
Was being so close
And having so much to say
And watching you walk away
And never knowing
What could have been
And not seeing that loving you
Is what I was tryin’ to do

It’s hard to deal with the pain of losing you everywhere I go
But I’m doin’ It
It’s hard to force that smile when I see our old friends and I’m alone
Still Harder
Getting up, getting dressed, livin’ with this regret
But I know if I could do it over
I would trade give away all the words that I saved in my heart
That I left unspoken

What hurts the most
Is being so close
And having so much to say
And watching you walk away
And never knowing
What could have been
And not seeing that loving you
Is what I was trying to do

What hurts the most
Is being so close
And having so much to say
And watching you walk away
And never knowing
What could have been
And not seeing that loving you
Is what I was trying to do

Not seeing that loving you
That’s what I was trying to do

Egg Theory

Thanks for Jaslyn, who sent me this email way back in early Feb this year (Yes, now that I check my hotmail). Ok folks! Callin’ all egg lovers!!! How does this apply to you??? For me, I usually eat White first.

*****************************

Did you know that how you eat your fried eggs reveal how you relate to other people? Look at the options below and select the one that describes how you usually eat FRIED eggs.

===============================================
Chosen your style? Choose your style before scrolling down ya?
Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at PhotobucketYou are logical and smart. You are good at sizing up other people. You like to make friends. Be careful of a tendency to sometimes act cold or selfish. You’re great at thinking up excuses when you tick somebody off! Sometimes you’re a bit too quick to judge, but in general, you have good social skills.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket You are influenced a lot by others. You find it very hard to say “No” to people, especially when you are pushed. You are a sweet and caring person. Your friendships are close and you are a loyal pal. Quite often, you are taken advantage of because of your nice nature. Being giving is good, but remember to stand up for yourself.

Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket You have vey strong opinions about things. A lot of times, this causes you to disagree with other people’s ideas and feelings. You question authority and it’s normal for you to challenge social rules and regulations. Being forthright is great, but watch out for hurting people by mistake. Others may be more sensitive than you are.
